This program offers a step-by-step guide to teaching drama in the classroom emphasizing practical workshops and active participation. It introduces a variety of techniques and methodologies, including process drama, and activities designed to spark interest in other subjects, such as History.
Teachers will explore how drama can build students’ confidence, while also fostering creativity, problem-solving, co-operation and critical thinking using theatre techniques and process Drama strategies.


The sessions are suitable for teachers of all experience levels and highlight how drama can be integrated with other areas of the curriculum to enrich learning.Teachers will participate in the Drama activities themselves so they can understand the student experience. All workshops include handouts and resources.
